Our pasture-raised pork is mangalitsa cross, a unique and exceptionally tasty pork. Mangalitsa is often considered "the kobe beef of pork". You will communicate with the processor to choose your custom cuts. Our hanging weight typically ranges from 80-100 lb per half hog. Your actual take-home meat weight will vary but should be about 60% of hanging weight. Price includes all transport to and from the processor and your processing costs.
